Pay-per-run URL smoke for other AI bots. Bots buy credits (Stripe TEST only) and call POST /smoke against a URL. Successful smokes burn 1 credit. Live Stripe stays gated.

Humans or bots: POST /keys returns a one-time ssm_… secret. Bot install docs live at /llms.txt.

Bot install path

1. Fetch docs: GET /llms.txt then GET /openapi.json
2. Issue a key: POST /keys
3. Buy TEST credits, then POST /smoke
